The division in Kogalym was opened in 2012, after only two years since foundation. This is one of the most advanced and dynamically developing structural divisions of the company, the main activity of which is well workover.
All crews are staffed with highly qualified personnel, modern lifting units and necessary equipment capable of performing repairs of wells of any complexity.
The management of the subdivision in Kogalym, despite the unstable economic situation in the world, support the policy of constant updating and modernization of lifting units and equipment.
The administrative apparatus consists of highly trained employees with extensive work experience, including joint ventures and overseas projects.
Great attention is paid to issues of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection. The company strives to reduce the negative impact of industrial activities on the health of workers and the environment by implementing advanced technologies, reduction of production waste and emissions, and creating safe working conditions in the workplace.
Special attention is payed in the division to the corporate culture. In 2015 work continues on improvement of land and support base. Permits for the construction of a new office building have been executed. Works on the replacement and reconstruction of mobile buildings (caravans) are in progress. Now every crew has mobile canteen, shower cabin and master’s mobile building – office.
Division management supports a course for professional development of staff. Training and learning for line management is held constantly. Employees, who are getting their secondary and higher education for the first time, have paid vacation. Those who are getting second higher education or are improving their qualification, etc., have a convenient schedule.
Focus on results and continuous improvement of productive and financial results had been evaluated by the customer and in 2014 long-term contracts with the subdivision have been concluded for 2015-2017.
